HEALTH SCREENINGS
The Butte Schools Self-Funded Programs JPA promotes healthy
lifestyles. Our fall and
spring health screenings provide information to assess your risk of
heart disease, colon and prostate cancer as well as your wellness in
general.

Height and weight
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Body density / fat %
- Complete metabolic, lipid and hemogram blood panel
- Colon cancer (stool occult) test - Prostate cancer test
All results are confidential (information is not
provided to your supervisor or your district)
Health screenings are free to BSSP medical plan members and their
dependents. A prostate cancer test is included at no charge
for men age 50 and over and is also available for men under age 50
for $26. Non-members may participate at a cost of $55 for the
screening, $10 for the colon cancer test and $26 for the prostate
cancer test.
Free
webinars are available to all employees and retirees of BSSP
member districts.
All webinars being at 7:00 p.m. You must have access to a high-speed internet connection and a telephone in order to participate. Registration is limited to 125 computer connections for each event, so you're welcome to invite your friends and gather around the computer together. Click on the dates below to register for each.
